On Wednesday 6 October 2021 (h. 12:15-13:00, Room L202, University of Akureyri), Robert O. Nilsson will discuss Arctification through naming and language use in tourism in the occasion of Miðvikudagsfyrirlestur á vegum Viðskiptadeildar HA og Rannsóknamiðstöðvar ferðamála (RMF).
Robert O. Nilsson is a PhD candidate at the Department of Geography and is an affiliated researcher at the Arctic Research Centre (ARCUM), both at Umeå University, Sweden. His research interests include tourism- and region development especially in peripheral areas and he specializes in Arctic tourism.
